This quaint cottage is located at the South end of Stone Harbor away from the hustle and bustle, yet an easy walk to the beach and close to the market and popular sandwich shop. First floor features an open room with living room and renovated eat in kitchen has counter seating for 4 plus a dining table. One bedroom has an ensuite bath with walk in shower and double vanity. A powder room and a stack washer and dryer are also on the 1st floor. The additional three bedrooms, a full bath and family room with a double sofa bed are on the second floor. Then relax on the 2nd floor sun deck which is accessible from the family room or 3rd bedroom. Another nice feature is the covered front porch with picnic table for outdoor dining and a small rear patio to take in the morning with your cup of coffee. And if you want it's a short drive across the south bridge to the Wildwood boardwalk. An ideal location all around.
