The interior is full of desired amenities hardwood floors throughout, tile in the kitchen and granite counter tops. Neutral paint covers the interior of the home. The home offers a fabulous lay out for a large family or two families wanting to vacation together. The two LARGE, high ceiling family rooms, both with flat screen televisions, offer plenty of space for families to be together and have the ability to spread out. The lowerlevel family room has a wet bar. The exterior was updated in 2017. The game room garage is the perfect hangout space with pingpong, air hockey, flat screen TV, sofa and more. We are proud of the CLEAN/spotless condition we maintain. The property is available for rent all year long. During the high peak summer season we only rent Saturday to Saturday (June, July & August months). Offseason we are more flexible on shorter stay rentals. In addition to the weekly rate, there is a security deposit of $650 held during your stay.
