I have worked for over thirty years in providing services to individuals; first as a business education teacher, second as a High School Administrator for the NYC Board of Education and also as an Adjunct Lecturer at City University of New York. Upon retirement from the aforementioned eleven years ago, I became a Licensed Real Estate professional. This is certainly an ideal segue for a former business educator! It goes without saying that I have always enjoyed helping one to achieve their goals and to help one further their dreams. I am a resident of Cape May County, as well as a New York City resident and a property owner in Savannah, GA as well. I hold a Masters Degree in Educational Administration, a Master Degree in Business Education and a Baccalaureate Degree in Economics. My skills developed in negotiation and arbitration and learned in business law courses only help to assist in meeting clients' needs. I work exclusively in partnership with fellow Realtor, Pamela Bailey Verity and together we offer a wide range of "extras" including staging consultations to assist both buyers and sellers in the marketplace. I am a Graduate of the Real Estate Institute; a Senior Real Estate Specialist and an Accredited Staging Professional. I bring to the profession of Real Estate compassion and understanding of the human emotions and an eagerness and desire to take on all challenges with a positive attitude toward achieving a successful outcome. I have learned and developed strong interpersonal skills and possess the ability to develop and maintain long term relationships. My attributes of listening attentively, analyzing thoughtfully, and problem solving to develop a plan to present either orally or in a written format are assets not only to me but to our profession.
